So, like you requested I will contact you via PM. I want to know why I got banned and why none left a message? Not you, not Cyprezz, not anyone. I simple refreshed my page and suddenly I was level 1 again with 5 comment: 2 from you and 3 from Fokkusu, saying you removed some mods. You a,d Fokkusu did have the right to remove those mods, but why did you have to removed EVERYTHING? Ive got perma banned before but they didnt removed my stuff back then. It was on my first account, taltiko. I posted a Texture Pack from someone else without the owners permission, so I got banned for a reason. But this time it is different. I didnt get a comment/PM telling my why I got banned and my stuff got removed. So I did some research on my own and I think I got banned for multi-accounting. I have multiple accounts just because I had no choice: taltiko was banned, and I wanted a fresh start without illegal stuff, so I created dutchyblade. When dutchyblade got removed I got banned for my Music Disc Mod for 3 days, so I created another account. I used him just to answer the comments I received in those 3 days (it were lots of comments). When the ban duration ended I never used Uppy (the 3rd account) again. If back then I knew multi-accounting was bannable I would have NEVER created more accounts then I already had. I even said in public that I had more accounts, and literally none told me/warned me about the fact its against the rules. I didnt read the rules for a very simple reason: I dont know how to find the rules unless something of me gets removed and the mod leaves a link to the rules. This is true, not some sort of excuse, you have to believe me. So now, straight to the point, I want to ask you to unban dutchyblade. The multiple accounts were a mistake, I swear. You can do whatever you want to the other accounts, but please give me dutchyblade back. I have changed since I created dutchyblade. In the beginning I was just another TP copycat, thats why I got banned so often. But after a few months I didnt steal anything anymore. A lot of my stuff on my page didnt violate the terms and conditions of the site (maybe except the Music Disc Mod, but I had a talk with that with Block_Fortress and he said it was alright). Even if you banned me, why remove all of my stuff? Is that just to bully me :/? I worked my ass off on all of my stuff, even created my own site to make it easier for all those people who downloaded stuff from me. And a few days later I simply get demoted to level 1 without any sign explaining why. All I can do now is begging you to unban dutchyblade. I know I violated the terms and conditions but I didnt become level 70 because I am a bad guy or something. Please, I have been here for a year and now I simply need to fuck off? I hope you understand me and just let me keep dutchyblade. Multi-accounting was a tiny part of the reason. If you were following the rules, we wouldn't have cared, but I noticed you still had posts of music disc mods with copyrighted content - something I warned you about almost 7 months ago. Multi-accounting on its own we don't mind (-except- when you do it to avoid a ban. That will earn you a longer/permanent ban - however, in this case, the other accounts I didn't care about because they were over 7 months old or so). You also apparently haven't read our submission rules about mods and how they have to have substance and not just editing a few lines. It's just apparent to us that you're not learning, and this is what we do to continuous rule-breakers. If I had simply deleted the rule-breaking stuff (which we did before purging your account) you would have had a moderation history of about 48 - which is WAY too much for a user, let alone a "high level/valuable" user on PMC. Cyprezz won't have time to answer your PM - Zaralith and I are the generally the ones to handle users. He's the site developer and spends more time on programming and legal issues.

I had a discussion with Block_Fortress about that mod. He unbanned it because e thought it was alright, so why should I remove it by myself if a mod sais it's all good. And those small mods you banned were 10 motherf*cking months old. They were the kind of mods everyone without much mod experience makes. And indeed, it is possible that I have had a long time of moderatong time. But it's not my fault. YOU were the one banning my HighDefCraft for NO reason, which took a long time to restore. The Music Disc Mods, yeah they took a long time too. But you could have just removed them earlier. Why do you always ignore the fact I had a talk with Block_Fortress about it? Removing all of my rule-breaking stuff takes to much time, so you simply remove EVERYTHING? How much time could it take to remove: Music Disc Mod, Meme Disc Mod, Nyan Disc Mod and the Lava/water Desert Mods? You act like I am some sort of object. If I take too much time, you throw me away. That is the way I experienced PMC since a few months. So the point is, if someone 'wasted' much time from the mods he gets perma banned? For fucks sake I wanna know why I got kicked off this site. And finally just because I am curious, I can't find anything about copyright in the mod rules. I know I am not allowed to do it, but I can't find it anywhere. Copyright infringement is implicit, although I'm sure there's something in there about not using other peoples' content. I didn't count HiDefCraft and any mistakes when I was tallying moderation history. I only counted actual issues. They may have been old, but you had recently updated them (hence why they were at the top of your list) which technically means they are active and don't fall under grandfathering. A content purge is just standard procedure for perm-bannings. I'll confer with the site mods to get more opinions on the matter, but from what I could see when I last checked your history there wasn't much learning-from-past-mistakes going on. I had even told you straight up when I removed that disc mod that you cannot upload any songs/content which is not yours. Surely you couldn't have misinterpreted that as "yes I can upload songs which aren't mine"? It has nothing to do with "taking too much time", we just don't want constant rule-breakers on our site. If we don't feel you're learning, we revoke your privilege to be here. It's a privilege, not a right. I did learn since you banned me for the first time. Just before I got banned I cleaned out my whole page, removing all of my bad stuff and keeping the good stuff. When I did that I saw I still had some old mods, which were very outdated, but also a lot of fun to use. So I decided to update them, not knowing it would be that much trouble. Yes, I could have removed them together with the other stuff I removed. But I didn't see why I should do that, and why not simply keep it. I got some good comments and diamonds on them so why not? Now I see why I should have removed them. I violated the terms and conditions only with some of my mods. I got popular of them though, which I know isn't fair. But what do you do about it? As you said in a previous PM,: you already removed my violating submissions before you removed everything. Why didn't you just bann me and left the remaining stuff? So I couldn't add any more bad stuff, but I still would have been able to update my TP's / remaining mods. I don't think that would have been an unfair deal.

I just checked my inbox from 6 months ago and I did have a conversation with you about the mod (I didn't remember that). But why didn't you just remove it? You knew the mod wasn't totally banned and I had still songs left. That made me believe it became 'legal'. I even added in my description I wouldn't add copyright songs anymore. I have been such a douchebag in the past and I just wanted to delet that stupid past of mine but it looks like that wasn't possible. All of my previous stupid bans kept following me untill this week, where the thing happened I would have loved to not ever have to go through. I can't do anything about it, except starting all over again, but I don't think I want to spend another year on this site just to get to this moment again. But there is another way, just remove all of my stupid mods and let me keep the TP's and such. Please man I considered removing the other music mods, but I figured I would let you remove them (as I mentioned that you can't upload copyrighted music) so that you wouldn't have more entries in your moderation history over one thing. I understand your worry, and I will talk with the other mods about it.

Did you already talk to the other mods about this situation? If so, what did they think? I don't want to stalk you or something, I just want a conclusion for this whole thing For the most part, it's a resounding "no" for the time being. It might be easier to talk on Skype about it because I keep forgetting about it on here. Pff, I tried my best to prove that I've changed, and it obviously didn't change a thing :/ It's a no and it will very likely stay a no. Thanks for telling me why and how I got banned from this awesome site though. You are a great moderator and I don't think I should have yelled at you so much in my past hehe Sorry about that. Bye Well, you won't be banned forever, but if we just let you back in now it sets a rather bad example for what our process and standards are.

And thats it! At the end, I simply gave up. I tried my best to unban dutchy, but it failed D: I still dont get Well, you won't be banned forever, what does that mean? I asked him but he didnt answer yet. Of course 10 years isnt forever, but I think he wanted to say something else.
