PROCESS: Identify the applicable process. 1. INPUTS: List those things coming into the process, which are transformed into outputs. 2. OUTPUTS: Identify what has changed and results from the process. 3. WHAT: Identify all known equipment and material necessary for effective processing of inputs into outputs. 4. WHO: Identify the title of the personnel responsible for the process, the competency requirements, and the training requirements referenced to achieve competency. 5. HOW: Identify the procedures, instructions, manuals, other methods employed to direct the process. 6. METRICS: Identify the records necessary to provide evidence of successful process control and product realization, and where possible the criteria that must be met to achieve acceptable outputs.
