Branded Lifestyle Inc., is a company which specializes in the distributorship of luxury branded consumer products in the Philippines. BLI started with an exclusive distribution contract with Luxottica Group of Italy for well-known eyewear brands i.e. Ray-Ban, Killer Loop, Arnette, Versace, Versus, Donna Karan, DKNY. Since then, it has broadened its portfolio, acquiring another exclusive distribution contract with Marchon Group, for three more eyewear brands, namely: CK, Calvin Klein, Allison - Dunhill. BLI aims to provide excellent marketing, logistics, sales, customer service and management support with primary focus on customer needs. BLIs mission is to be the largest luxury branded lifestyle retailer and distributor in the Philippines, specializing in the optical and eyewear business.

JOB OPENINGS/QUALIFICATIONS
1. Account Executives (AE) / Account Managers (AM) (Channel Sales Department) Qualifications: For AE, at least 1 year experience and for AM, 3 years or more in account management, store/sales operations and handling people. Preferably exposed in the fashion/retail/FMCG industry. Good communication and presentation skills Good with numbers and must be sales-oriented Responsibilities: Shall be responsible for generating the targeted sales, keen in achieving sales growth through seamless accountability on sales and inventory, profit and loss, team coordination, improved relationship with trade partners, customer complaint resolution and assured success of merchandising and marketing programs.

2. Procurement and Buying Supervisor Responsibilities: Sourcing and purchasing of goods and services for the Company according to its available budget for each department. Close control of purchasing budget, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring delivery schedules are met and preparing purchase orders and reports for top management. Requirements: Above average communications skills, oral and written Facility to listen actively and speak clearly.

Ability to negotiate trade terms, concessions and break deadlocks by being well informed and adept with key issues Facility to get the point across in a calm, but assertive manner Ability to distinguish between needs, important points which cannot be compromised, and wants or interests that can be compromised Ability to secure an agreement that is acceptable to both sides, establish trust and a win-win situation Ability to develop long-term, lasting commitments and business partnerships Provides timely and accurate data or information Ability to anticipate and provide for the needs and requirements of all his or her internal and external customers Promotes open participation and communication within the Company Ability to adapt to other people's behavior style to achieve a common departmental goal

3. Logistics and Demand Supervisor Responsibilities: Responsible for planning and organizing delivery timetables, monitoring stock levels using computer databases, tracking the movement of items per SKU, overseeing the ordering, warehousing and packaging process ready for dispatch/distribution and the arrival of shipments. Also involved in identifying and implementing initiatives to reduce the overall supply chain cost base. Requirements: Extensive knowledge of coordinating all of the entities involved in a supply chain. Knowledge of managing returns and rejections professionally & promptly with suppliers & trade partners. Extensive experience in the strategic planning and transportation of products. Experience of liaising with forwarders and overseas companies. Able to negotiating rates with local contractors and also international companies Planning of procurement, production, inventory control, logistics and distribution. Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this

position. Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. 4. Account Manager - Outright Sales (Business Development) Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the Account Manager shall include developing, implementing and managing the company's outright sales strategies, policies and procedures while identifying, acquiring and retaining outright accounts. Requirements: The person ideal for this position will need to have proven experience and broad knowledge in outright sales or business development gained within a retail, apparel or FMCG industry. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and manage expectations at all levels, effective negotiation, presentation and communication skills, superior reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. You must also be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Preferably female with pleasing personality. Competitive compensation and benefits package awaits the successful candidate. 5. Account Manager - Corporate Sales (Business Development) Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the Account Manager shall include developing, implementing and managing the company's corporate sales strategies, policies and procedures while identifying, acquiring and retaining corporate and institutional accounts. Requirements: The person ideal for this position will need to have proven experience and broad knowledge in corporate sales or outright sales or business development gained within a retail, apparel or FMCG industry. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and manage expectations at all levels, effective negotiation, presentation and communication skills, superior reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager The Asst VM Manager will be in charge of overseeing the merchandising operations of the brand, in close coordination with the Brand team, Marketing and Product Planning with coordination of the Retail departments for implementation. This will include creation of concepts stemmed out from the approved brand guidelines, official campaigns and promotions as needed by the brand to uphold its market presence. The key objective of this role is to enhance and deliver each acquired space as a profitable and well branded

area for the brand's retail interest. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develops strategic design concepts based on the approved and official branding guidelines specifically, fixed and modular POS tools and materials, window display concepts and other branding and merchandising avenues as assigned mainly focusing on the creative execution on print and new media and as directed and needed by the brand's programs. 2. Documents and tracks projects, timelines, execution and deliverables via an organized calendar system and Job Order request process (JO Database) as assigned. 3. Pro-actively adapts to new tools as needed by the brand/s and the departments functions: a) b) c) d) In-tact branding guidelines (e.g. Pantones, logo placements, etc.) Procedures in the receipt and discharge of tools made and ordered Product display standards and procedures Display of posters and other POP materials

e) Coordination with suppliers and servicing companies including bidding process, multiple quotation comparison, etc. f) g) h) i) * * * Internal customer handling (e.g. Marketing and Retail) Monitoring, control, and inventory of merchandising tools in the outlets Gathering of competitive information Preparation of reports that include, but not limited to: Project Monitoring and Completion Reports Warehousing Inventory and reports (Merchandising tools, etc.) Transportation and expense reports

* Other information that are currently and potentially damaging to the Company such as breakdown of tools and display units, mishandling of materials, products, sabotage, etc. j) New merchandising procedures and updates

k) Product specification and handling, in coordination with Product Management Group l) Designs Brochures and POP Materials for brands assigned.

4. Liaises with suppliers and service providers during pre, actual and post project implementation with strict attention to detail and proper coordination with all concerned departments. 5. Conducts regular outlet visits nationwide to ensure that the Company's merchandising standards are strictly adhered to at all times. Works with the merchandiser in each outlet and implements immediate corrective action, as needed, on merchandising errors that are discovered during store checks. 7. Store Planning Manager Responsibilities: Responsible to manage the preparation and designing of store layouts and oversee construction. Requirements: * Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. License is required. * Advanced knowledge and exposure in construction, store layouts. * Knowledge and experience using 3DsMax, Corel Draw and Adobe Creative Suite for editing visuals and images, preferred. * Previous working experience in Store Planning/Construction in retail garments/apparel preferred. * Visual Merchandising exposure is also an advantage. * Should be creative and can think out of the box. * Self-motivated and with good communication and interpersonal relationship skills * Excellent in planning, time management, people management and project management. 8. Accounting Assistant - Accounts Receivable Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be part of the Account Receivable - Accounting Department to do the following: * * * * Invoicing Prepares Statement of Account Follow up collections Update and reconcile AR Accounts

Requirements: * * * * * Preferably graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. Previous work experience in similar capacity from a retail/apparel company is preferred. Has experience in Accounts Receivable and Payable. Proficient in MS Excel and knowledgeable in any Accounting system. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
