Homework 2 Checklist
Submit on 09/27 Meet New Faculty jQuery slider mockup. Size: 1000 px X 340 px, safe area 20 px. Color mode: RGB. Use the images provided for the slider layout (you may follow the lab / lecture examples or create your own layout). Adjust images in Photoshop, work on the background (isolation). Crop if needed. Save for web before placing the images to Illustrator. Find one color palette that would be appropriate for all of 6 images. Put visual emphasis on the most important information. Include the tagline Meet Our Newest Faculty Members, name of the faculty, and his/her afliation. Provide slider navigation. SI logo use is optional. Deliverable Deadline met Paper copy submitted: page 1: submission checklist pages 23: sliders (3 per page / portrait format) page 4: color palette (indicate color scheme) page 5: 12 sketches (you can xerox these from your notepad) The text content has proper emphasis. All the text elements are used (tagline, name, afliation). Images have the Sample text mark (semi-transparent) Layout unity is maintained. Appropriate color scheme used. Tone/ shade of the color palettes is consistent in all sliders. Technical specications: RGB color model is used, illustrator le has no links missed, safe area is maintained. Images brightness, contrast, hue and saturation parameters are adjusted with Photoshop. Quality background isolation.
