Project Summary Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants Fellowship Baptist College Chapter presents this project proposal for the coming 15th Midyear Convention of National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants Federation Year 2012-2013. Basically, the proposal covers an overview of the place, which encompasses the location, security, and comfort, and amenities. This proposal also includes the costing for the meals, room accommodation, venue of events, modes of transfer, and other pertinent information tha would give a comfortable stay to all delegates. The Proposed venue will be Sipalay Suites, Siplay City, Negros Occidental.

Sipalay Suites can accommodate as much as the number of delegates the convention could have. Siplay Suites offers a 24-hour security and has installed CCTV cameras in some parts of the area. Sipalay CityPolice Station is just 100 meters away from the hotel.

I. Background
Sipalays Suite is found directly in the heart of Sipalay City, one of the top tourist destination in the country in the recent years. It started in the year 2006 by Mrs. Junana Conception J. Montilla, the wife of the Sipalay City Mayor. It started out with few rooms and a convenient store to welcome and accommodate the visitors to the city at that time. But, as more and more tourist began to take notice of Sipalay, the business grew into a three-story hotel. Formerly known as the Jamont Hostel, but it assumed its new identity as Sipalay Suites in the year 2007. Sipalay Suites is a combination of a relaxing home away from home and all the amenities of hotels found in major cities, but amazingly affordable, you can get value from your money while enjoying the charming ambiance of a beachside escape.

II. Amenities
Sipalay Suites offers a glass bottom boat for great sight-seeing, under water views, such as magnificent coral garden, colored fishes, and other underwater creatures. Pumpboat for sight-seeing, and island hopping. Tour car oerfect for discovering Sipaly Citys incomparable tourist destinations, highlighting its outstanding white sand beaches and other interesting spots such as mining caves, swimming pools and other places with spectacular views.
