These guidelines contain the complete terms and conditions that apply to you as a Reynolds Company employee, vendor, or customer. They define the visual and verbal elements that make up The Reynolds Company brand. They include explanations, guidelines and indications on how to produce professional co-branded marketing tools.
Logo Usage
As a Reynolds Company employee, you are authorized to use The Reynolds Company name and logo in association with your operational and educational activities, as long as those activities are consistent with The Reynolds Company mission and official Code of Conduct.
Example of Colors
Four Color Process The four-colored Reynolds Company logo is the preferred expression of our identity. Logo colors to be used are as followed:
Two Color Process The two-colored Reynolds Company logo is acceptable but not the preferred expression of our identity. This logo is generally reserved for use on promotional items for which a four-color process is not available.

If possible, do not reverse the logo. However, if a reverse logo must be used the black portion of the one-color process (black and white) logo should be converted to white, with a black background added to accent.

Resizing
Every Reynolds Company logo, including vendors and customers, is a complete, single, piece of electronic art the individual elements that make up the logo configurations should never be resized independent of one another. Likewise, logo configurations should never be stretched or distorted.

Web Usage
If you are using the Brand on your web site, you should not create a browser or border environment around The Reynolds Company content, you may link to, but not replicate, The Reynolds Company content and your web site should not contain content that could be construed as distasteful, offensive or controversial, and should contain only content that is appropriate for all age groups. The Brand may be displayed or used only on Web pages or in other manners that make accurate references to The Reynolds Company or The Reynolds Company services, in accordance with The Reynolds Company Brand Usage Guide. You may not display the Brand in any manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement of your products by The Reynolds Company. In the event The Reynolds Company rescinds this agreement, you agree to remove immediately the hyperlink from your web site and destroy any copies in your possession. You may cease using The Reynolds Company hyperlink at any time.
Typography
Typography plays an important role in The Reynolds Company identity. In all marketing materials, consistent typography expresses our commitment to professional excellence. angie-small caps is the basis for The Reynolds Company logotype, followed by our secondary font ScalaSans-Caps which is indicated in the words electrical supply. ScalaSans-Regular is used for subheaders and body copy. The fonts as described above will be used for all printed marketing materials. Because these are not standard Microsoft fonts, electronic materials (Powerpoint, emails, Word documents, on-line forms, web pages, etc.) may use Tahoma. Color Palette
Consistent use of color helps customers recognize The Reynolds Company material. The Reynolds Company primary green (Pantone 7484 C) conveys much to our customers about our name, mission, implying integrity and confidence. If Pantone inks are not available, four-color process printing may be used. Supporting colors complement The Reynolds Company primary color and enhances our brand.
