TEAMWORK IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS

Teamwork. Teamwork is defined as a process among partners who share mutual goals and work together to achieve the goals. I agree that teamwork is the ultimate key to success as it encourages multidiciplinery work, reinforces individual capabilities and lessens the task burden. In short, the task can be completed in less time. Teamwork really help to complete a task in shorter time. This is because more people working together. Just like an engine of a car, all the group members will combined their skills to make the job done. Moreover, the task can be divided equally to each member thus reduce the burden of work on other other members. As a result, the job can be done smoothly , less time, less effort and as a bonus, the result of the job will be bombastic. Teamwork also promotes students to improve their life skills and reinforces their individual capabilities. When we work in a team, we have to know how to handle people with so many character and problems. So, with this, we can improve our communication skills such as how to give our proposal, how to accept others proposal and how to sheaf them in one in order to get the best result. In a team, we must have the leader. So through teamwork we can practise ourself to be the leader among our group members. We also can train ourself to deal with people. In addition, we also can train ourself to build our self-confidence and be responsible at any time. Everybody have their leadership skills, just we have to sharpen them more with interpersonal skills. So, everybody have the opportunity to be the leader of a team. Grab the chances and be the best among the best! Moreover, work as a team also can encourages the work become more satisfying and the result is much better. In a team, we can get many new and fresh ideas from the members. Indirectly, the task will complete early and the result is amazing. The task will divided equally to the group members and each of the group members will do their part by using their own capability and skills. When we work together, each of the member will become more functional. No one will escape from doing work and everybody will be responsible for their

own task. With this, students will learn how to co-operate with their team to achieve their mission. In a nutshell, we have knew that teamwork is very important in order to achieve the goal. Teamwork will encourages multidiciplinery work, reinforces individual capabilities and the task will completed in less time and less effort. Every work we do need a good commitment among our group members. Like Brian Tracy said, Teamwork is so important that it is virtually impossible for you to reach the heights of your capabilities or make the money that you want without becoming very good at it.
