1. 2. 3. Times and courts are only a guideline and are NOT exact. As soon as a court is free the next match should begin. If a match is ready to start, but a player is 10 minutes late, that player will forfeit the match. Coaches please ensure your players are ready. Players must check in at the table before starting the match (ideally next players would check in before and wait at table). Both players should also report the final score back to the table.

These are directly out of the rule book (this can be very minimal) II. Format Team format to be: Under 15 Girls and Under 13 Boys and Girls 2 singles and 1 doubles with a squad of 5. 5th player can play 2nd singles or in the doubles pair in any match apart from the teams first match of the tournament. III. SCORING 1. Matches will be one set first to 6 with a tie break at 6-6. Normal deuce will be played. 2. If event is played as a round robin group then the winning team will be the team who has won most matches. If this is a two way tie then Head to Head will decide the winner if it is a three way tie then positions will be decided as follows: a) Total rubbers won against tie teams b) Total games won against tied teams c) Reverting back to Head to Head to resolve 2nd tie.

V. TIE BREAKING FOR ROUND-ROBIN RANKING Very important that this is clear. VI. OFFICIALS student athletes umpire their own matches. If problems arise, TD can be approached to arrange an umpire

Tournament Rules:
1. All players must have been younger than 13 years old on 01 August 2012. Coaches and ADs should check this before the tournament to uphold the integrity of your school. 2. If a player is injured (and there is no substitute) the other players are moved up the rankings and the un-played game is forfeited. 3. Players will call their own lines and keep score. A player can request an official to assist with calling the lines if he/she believes that there is a need. Players make that request to their coach who will then confer with the Site Director. 4. A 3-warning player discipline will be in force: a. First warning - neutral coach moves to court to monitor behavior. b. Second warning neutral coach speaks to player penalty = loss of point. c. Third warning neutral coach speaks to player again penalty = loss of game. 5. There will be a 5-minute warm-up before each match. There will be no rest period after the 1st game of a set (but still change sides). The first rest period is after the 3rd game. 6. The rest time between games on side-change is 1 minutes. 7. Coaching will be only allowed at the change of ends during a match, after which the coach must then leave the court. One coach per team per school will be allowed on court during the change-over. Violation of this rule may result in the Coach being banned from the court for any remaining matches for any of their players. 8. In the event of an injury during a match, a 5 minute injury time for treatment be allowed to determine if the player can continue. The Site Director will monitor the situation. 9. If rain causes any delay then the Tournament Director (Kerry Dyke) reserves the right to shorten the length of the matches initially playing a one set match first to 4 but possibly using a match tie break (first to 10) to ensure completion of the tournament. This will only be done to a new match if a match has already started then the whole of that match must be completed using the initial scoring system.

General Information: Coach must submit a roster of the team that includes the date of birth. This should be done at coaches meeting 7:45am Entry fee of 3000 baht is due upon Tournament Registration. Any checks should be made out to International School Association. Refreshments will be available during the day at the site Water will be available court-side (CUPS ARE NOT PROVIDED; PLEASE BRING OWN WATER BOTTLE) A Coaches Room will be made available for the visiting Coaches.
