PROCESS Workflow

On completion of Data entry, the CRE Assigns cases to Agents

Agents follow the normal verification procedure. Within 12 hours status of cases should be changed from Not Initiated to In Progress

On the next day of initiation Agents should take acknowledgement of receipt for request sent and confirm about the TAT with referee.

Our field staff verifies a candidate's address by personally visiting the site of residence. In case of a person not being present at the specified address, Information is gathered from neighbours and another day is chosen to visit the specified address.
