The  “Workshop  on  Clinical  Training  Program  of  Acupuncture  Skills” 
shall include acupuncture fundamentals and observing courses from April 
25th, 2009 to May 3rd, 2009. (i.e. 9 days or 48 hours, which is the first part 
of the 192‐hour training program).   
Whoever interested  in attending this program is asked to hand  in the 
following  documentations  before  February  14th,  2009.  Applicants’ 
qualifications will be reviewed by Chang‐Gung Memorial Hospital.

7.  Copy of Medical Personnel Certificate 
8.  Copy of Passport and Visa
