Rainbow Carving & Marble Gallery (RCMG) established in Sylhet, Khadimnagar as a proprietorship Business on 17th January, 2012. The RCMG will be widely acclaimed by the business community, from small entrepreneurs to household for forwarding-looking the outlook and innovative product solutions. Thus we will be able to create an image for itself and is earned significant reputation in this regions industrial Sector. We will open 1(one) Sale centers in operation up to 17th February, 2012 at Uposhahar, Sylhet. RCMG is a propritorship business founded in Sylhet. It will be one of the leading carving manufacturing organization in Sylhet. The philosophy of RCMG is unassembled and therefore it could be shipped more economically. For that RCMG also lowered costs by involving the customer in the value chain. RCMG will be known for selling modern and utilitarian doctor showpiece at low prices, our vision will "To create a better everyday life for the many people". RCMG motto will "Affordable Solutions for Better Living". Our operations management will strongly focused on achieving this goal, they will use our resources effectively to gain profit by developing a more economic way for the production of our wide range of service. RCMG sells goods which need to be assembled by the consumer; this would enabled them to use space more efficiently in our warehouse. The organization has developed methods to satisfy customers with our Unique Selling Point (show room, children area) and a wise use of technology (stock control, internet). The objective of the RCMG will be to provide the customer cheap, affordable, stylish, and fashionable showpiece. RCMG earn this achievement by well manage and effective operation management. Who also provide-a flow of customer, sufficient supplies to fill demand, good environment for buying, ensuring level of quality, ensuring sufficient employee to provide all kind of service and develop new ideas.

1.9 Organization Structure


As stated before, our organization will formed by 4 entrepreneur. All has signed the deed, as per the invested capital the share of the organization has been distributed. As per our deed of agreement, Mr. Imran ahmed has no liquid investment in the business, rather he will invested the land which we will established the factory & the warehouse. For this purpose, he will allotted 10% of share. According to our deed, any one can leave the organization and sale his share not before 3 years.

2 sales officers will directly report to Mr. Kader, who will be the Marketing Manager of the org. They are contractual employee. They have assigned for a monthly target. Their salary is given on the basis of the performance achievement. The duties of this division are to prepare test key arrangement among the Sale Centers (Show Room) to maintain inter Sale Center accounts and overall control of the Sale Centers. Another duty of this division is to study the feasibility of opening new Centers. 1.10.2 Purchase Department Mr. Rahat is the head of Procurement department. He has assigned 1 executive for his assistancy. He will report directly to Mr. Rahat. 1.10.3 HR & Admin Legal & External Department: Mr. Khalil is the key person of HR department. He has deployed all the staffs, and supporting staffs. He also maintain personal files and service record of the employees takes disciplinary actions when necessary. He is also look after the legal & external affair issue of the organization. The main activities of this division will be as follows: a. Circulation of important notices b. Customer service c. RCMGs customers are those who want to have attractive layout dcor showpiece and carving with the latest in technology, combined with an old fashioned sense of modern arch structure and smooth working. RCMG segment definition is of itself strategic. We have also analysis also our going to be rival Creative I, their sales figure shown that, they have sale 76 lac last January only the luxurious carving item, mostly are imported from Italy and Germany.

2.3 Market Needs


RCMG understand that the target market needs more than just cement showpiece and carving. The need grew out of the special needs of customer, when combined with worldwide sandstone, slate, countertops, vanity tops, carvings, garden stone, tub surround, window sills, Prefabricated Slab, cement tiles and slabs, cement sinks, mosaic and memorial and etc. We have already analysis the market of Sylhet city and also the surrounding Balagonj, Beanibazar. The trend over there is such like, luxurious house in an empty paddy field. The financial source of this house owners are foreign income. We should emphasize on on credit payment availability suppliers, who can give goods to us on credit more and ensure the quality. 4) Political unstability: Plitical unstability is one of the big factor for run any kind of business. This will ruin the economy as well the local demand market of our products. Thus we can face a great losses. Our future plan is to extend our sales center in to Beanibazar area.
