COME NOW, the People of the state of Colorado, and the Defendant, Frederick Michael Enstrom, and settle the aboveo~ptioned case as follows.

WHEREAS:

1. The Defendant was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia for sale on February 28, 1985 by the Grand Junction Police Department;
2. A major purpose of this prosecution has been to stop this sale of drug paraphernalia in Mesa county;
3.

That purpose has now been attained;

and

4. The Defendant now acknowledges that the sale of drug paraphernalia is adverse to the best interests of the community.

NOW, THEREFORE:
1.

Rick Enstrom agrees not to sell drug paraphernalia. having now been

attained,

2.

The purposes of this litigation this case is dismissed.
