Tundish is used to levitate inclusions and adaptive to casting speed To prevent penetrating inclusions at mold, molten steel flow control is applied.

Semi finished products such as slab is rolled to shape steel products. In rolling process, material properties are also controlled.

Slabs are transfer to hot strip mill by D-HCR for energy saving. Then the slabs uniformly heated about 1200.

Rolling mill
Slabs are rolled by roughing mill and 7 stage finishing mill. Thickness is reduced from 250mm to minimum 1.2mm.
