ACCEPTANCE AND PERFORMANCE OF ORDERS FOR APOSTILLIZATION SERVICES

The Apostillization of foreign and Bulgarian documents is performed by our couriers at the respective offices and institutions of the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, Youth, and Science, National Revenue Agency, Bulgarian National Bank, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other official institutions in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. o Apostillization of documents for use abroad The apostillization of official documents, issued by Bulgarian public offices and institutions is performed by affixing a special certification on the original document, called postille and whenever necessary a verification of the signature of the sworn translator, performed by the Consular Affairs Directorate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Apostille certification guarantees the validity and recognition of the respective public document abroad. For more information about the Apostille certification, visit www.hcch.net o Certification of documents, issued abroad The certification of official documents, issued abroad is a verification of the documents authenticity, in accordance with the respective requirements for their issuing for the specific purposes they will serve and a verification of the sworn translators signature by the Consular Affairs Directorate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In order to be apostillized, your documents should be drafted in the necessary format with the necessary seals, and certifications. For this purpose we recommend you to consult with us before undertaking any actions concerning apostillization of your documents.
The above-specified time necessary for apostillization does not include the date of acceptance and obtaining the documents, but only the number of days needed for the apostillization in the respective Ministries and Consular Offices in the city of Sofia. Any extra certifications of the translations or the original documents, as well as fees for issuing official documents are not included in the specified rates and times. We shall not be held responsible for any refusals on behalf of Ministries and Consular Offices to apostillize your documents. In such cases we reimburse the rates paid by customers after deducting the costs we have already incurred courier fees, fee stamps etc.
