DESCRIPTION
BESLUX AIRSINT 32 is a fully synthetic lubricant developed to be used in air compressors requiring such viscosity grade BESLUX AIRSINT oils are available in others viscosity grades :

PROPERTIES
A lubricant for compressors must satisfy basically three functions : a) Minimise friction and provide a sealing film which helps to the gas compression. b) Minimise the heat produced during compression. c) Avoid wear down, lubricate the bearings, gears, joints, cylinders and all the parts which need lubrication.

Additionally the compressor oils must have the following properties : High thermal stability. Good resistance to oxidation at high temperatures. Good resistance against corrosion. Good demulsibity

BESLUX AIRSINT 32 meets all these requirements in a suitable way

BENEFITS
Long life The correct use of BESLUX AIRSINT 32 provides 8000 hours in screw compressors, 4000 hours in rotary vane compressors and a period of 6-8 times more in reciprocated compressors with respect to lifetimes obtained with mineral oils.

Less consumption Due to their low volatility and major density they allow a better recollection of the oil in the separator. Better lubricating capacity Opposite to the mineral oils, BESLUX AIRSINT 32 synthetic oil is polar and provide a better natural adherence to the metallic surfaces. Major safety Their high flash point, low volatility and non building residues allow to reduce the accidents risks. Clean Their oxidation stability provides the cylinder, valves, and generally all the inner compressor parts of compressor with a superior cleanliness level. Compatibility BESLUX AIRSINT 32 is compatible with mineral oils. Compatible as well with plastic component and elastomers of main compressor manufacturers. Recommended materials include among others : Viton, Buna-N with high nitride content, Epoxy and paints resisting oil, Teflon, Delrin, Celeon. Non-recommended materials include: :Neoprene, Buna-N with low nitride content, SBR gum, pints with poor resistance etc. Less electrical power consumption Due to the minor friction coefficient with respect to mineral oils and due to the superior adherence capacity.

WAY TO USE
When changing from mineral lubricant to a synthetic one it is convenient to consider the compressor manufacturer instructions as well as our technicians advice. It is worth to mention that BESLUX AIRSINT are compatible with mineral oils. However it is convenient to clean out the residues built inside the compressor components. The change process could be as follows : 1.- DRAIN OFF 1.1.- Unload the used oil hot. 1.2.- Check that the drain-off outlets are sludge and oil free. 1.3.- Take off all the caps of the compressor pipes, gearbox, separator etc. and proceed to fully purging. 1.4.- Take of the cap of the lower part of the oil cooler. 1.5.- Replace or clean the oil filter. 1.6.- Make sure that joints, coolers, air filters etc. be in good conditions. Change the ones in bad conditions. 2.- CLEANING Use BESLUX AIRSINT 32 due to its detergent capacity the product will make an efficient cleaning of the deposits during 150 to 300 hrs. An other economical possibility is to use a mixture of mineral/synthetic oil at 80/20% rate and run during 200-500 hrs. Once achieved the cleaning process, replace with new oil.
