Have you ever been convicted of a crime, been disciplined by a professional licensing board/organization or had an ethics violation filed against you? If so, please give the details. None 2. Have you ever filed for bankruptcy, been delinquent on your taxes or other major accounts, or been sued personally or professionally? If so, please give the details. I filed for bankruptcy over 10 years ago as a result of medical bills. 3. Why should people vote for you? What separates you from your opponent(s)? I am the real deal I represent the majority of people working from pay check to pay check and I really relate to the issues people are facing economically and socially. 4. What are the three most important issues you would address if elected? How? (75 words for each
issue)

A. Education turn back the new state version of No child Left Behind and fund education in a manner that allows us to graduate kids with real skills to go on to work right out of school or continue on to higher education. We have taken all trade skills and thrown them out without considering the ramifications to our local economy. Hold school districts accountable while providing them the tools they need. B. Jobs education is the key to jobs, without an educated populace we cannot create the economic backdrop we need or want. We do this by supporting small business by streamlining processes, making sure capital is available to small business and incentives for small business instead of hoping big corporations bring this to us. C. Natural resources This state is rich with natural resources that could help build the economy through services, production of products and global trade. We can do better - we dont need special interests coming in using our natural resources under the guise of creating jobs when most often it is the special interest making money not the people of the state. 5. What do you see as other important issues? I find healthcare is a major issue for people, including myself. We do not have health insurance because to get it privately it costs too much to afford and to still live adequately. Many people

are living this every day and hope and pray as I do that nothing major happens because guess what folks, if something major does happen then we become a major drag on the rest of the economy so lets fix this issue. 6. How would you describe your political style or for judicial candidates, your judicial temperament? I am easy going but passionate and want to work across the lines because I believe we have lots to pull us together as a state and community. 7. If you are an incumbent, what have you achieved during your current term? If you are not an incumbent, how have you prepared yourself for this position?

I have managed anywhere from 3-10 people in the grocery industry as a closing night manager and likewise as an assistant manager of an apartment community. 10. Who is your role model for this office the person/people you would most like to emulate? Barbara Roberts is a role model for me because she showed women especially that we can come from the lower ranks and make a difference. She was passionate and worked hard to bring people together. 11.
