to the Guru, the personal deity and Dakini. I, a woman, Yeshi Tsogyal, request with offering of inner and outer Mandala extensively to your Lord. "Oh! Maha Guru, the lotus-born." You have done an immeasurable works for the benefit of this life and the next life of all the beings of Tibet, such kind of gratefulness neither preceded nor will succeed in the future. You have provided the essence of your accomplishment and I, being a woman, have no doubt about that, but the future sentient beings, paranoid and superstitious, will look at the Dharma from adverse perspective and particularly they will come about to criticize the highest teachings. During such times, disease, starvation and armaments (for war) will spread all over the sentient beings and especially a time of suffering will come to the Tibetans, when the China, Tibet and Mongolia will be like a ruined teal of mole-ants. Though methods have been taught to avert such things, the future contaminated peoples will have no time to practice, a few who aspires to practice will be overpowered by hindrance. There will be disagreement within the sentient beings and substances will not be complying with its characteristics, such bad times will be very difficult to avert. At that time, if we rely solely on Vajra Guru, a means to accomplish the Guru, what sort of benefits will it be there? Please teach us for the sake of lower-minded people of the future; thus requested. Then Guru Rinpoche taught, Oh, faithful daughter, what you have said is very true. In future, it will definitely bring temporary and ultimate benefits. Although an immeasurable ways of practicing oral instructions are hidden in the treasures of earth, Water, Rock and Sky in a great number, but during this degenerated era, it is very difficult for the person who has Karma - to work for others - to have the means and fortune to come across with such treasures. These are the sighs of diminishing of the merits of sentient beings. However, during such times, if this essence of Vajra Guru is recited with pure and immense motivation for hundred, thousand, ten thousand, lakh, million, and billion times by good Tantric practitioners having pure commitments, by monks having ordained vows, by person with unwavering faith, by women having good signs at the sacred places, in the monastery, at the peak of the hills, nearby big rivers and at the beginning and crossing of the reads where local gods, harmful and evil spirits inhabit, it will give inconceivable power and benefits. In all directions, every bad happening like disease, starvation, armaments, black-year, bad omens, miracles of demons will be averted and there will be timely rainfall and the nation will prosper with auspicious things happening around. Oh! Great Maha Guru, we are very grateful to you for teaching us in length such immeasurable benefits and powers, Though there are vast and immeasurable benefits of word-to-word elucidation of the Guru Padma (lotus-born teacher), kindly teach us in brief for the sake of future sentient beings; thus requested. Then the Maha Guru taught, Oh! Blessed daughter, the so-called Vajra Guru is not only my essence, but it is core essence of the deities of four Tantras, the nine vehicles and the collection of 84,000 teachings of Lord Buddha, the essence of the Buddhas of three times (past, present and future) as well as the essence of Guru, tutelary deities, Dakinis and Dharma protectors. Here are the reasons behind having all theses essence in it. So, listen carefully, memories it, read and write it and teach it to the future sentient beings.

Is the perfection of Sambhokaya of five Buddha families. Is the perfection of unchangeable Dharmakaya Is the Nirmankaya perfecting at the feet of Guru. Is the heart of three sets of Tantras. Purifies the defilement aroused from three poisons (attachment, hatred and ignorance) Attains the three Kayas. Subdues the local gods, harmful spirits and humans. Accomplishes the six perfections. Averts the harms and curses of Bhen-Bon (a religious faith). Vanquishes the army of five poisons. Receives the blessings of body, speech and mind of Buddha. Migrates to the pure land of Buddha Attains the Vidyadhara (knowledge-holder) of three Kayas.

Is the supreme essence of all the Vajras. Accomplishes the merits of the gods of Heruka. Is the heart of Vinaya and Sutranika Purifies the defilement aroused from hatred. Attains the mirror like wisdom. Protects the harms of smell eating spirits and Agni Devta (fire god). Accomplishes all the peaceful works. Averts the harms of wisdom gods. Vanquishes the army of hatred. Receives the blessings of peaceful and wrathful deities. Migrates to the pure land of pleasant eastern. Attains the Vidyadhara (knowledge-holder) living of earth.

Is the supreme essence of all the precious guru. Accomplishes the merits of Guru, Vidyadhara (knowledge-holder) and gods. Is the heart of both the Abhidharma and Kriya Tantra. Purifies the defilement aroused from egotism. Attains the wisdom of equality. Protects the harm of devil Yamraj (Administrator of death). Accomplished the good works. Protects the harms of eight groups of gods and evil spirits. Vanquished the army of egotism. Receives the blessings of Vidyadhara Guru (Knowledgeable teacher). Migrates to the pure land of wealthy Southern. Attains the Vidyadhara (knowledge-holder) of controlling over life.

Is the supreme essence of all the Padmas. Accomplishes the merits of Dakinis and Fast-goer deities. Is the heart of two Upa Yogas. Purifies the defilement aroused from attachment. Attains the wisdom of self-awakening. Protects the harm of Varuna (water god) and Pavana Deva (wind god). Accomplishes all the works of authority. Averts the harms of worldly gods and harmful spirits. Vanquishes the army of attachments. Receives the blessing of Dakini and Dharma protectors. Migrates to the pure land of pleasant western. Attains the Vidyadhara (knowledge-holder) of Mahamudra.

Is the supreme essence of all the activities. Is the heart of Astavasu (eight gods of wealth). Is the heart of both the Maha (great) and Anu (small) Yogas. Purifies the defilement aroused from jealousy. Attains the wisdom to accomplish the works. Protects the harm of harmful and powerful spirits. Accomplishes all the virtuous activities. Averts the harm of Naga and spirits controlling the area. Vanquishes the army of jealousy. Receives the supreme and ordinary blessings. Migrates to the Northern pure land of absolute activity. Attains the spontaneous accomplishing Vidyadhara (knowledge-holder).

Is the supreme essence of all the Buddhas. Is the heart of all the Dharma protectors (deities). Is the heart of Ati Yoga of the Great Perfection (Zogchen). Will purify the defilement aroused from ignorance. Will accomplish all the works related to wisdom. Will protect the harms of planets (Za) and land-owning-spirits. Will Accomplish all the works of violence (virtuous works). Will avert the harms of local gods, evil spirits and human beings. Will receive the blessings for fulfilling all the wishes. Will migrate to the pure land of unwavering Central. Will attain the Vidyadhara (knowledge-holder) of ripening Karma.

OM AH HUNG VAJRA GURU PADMA SIDDHI HUNG If the recitation of Vajra Guru, merely for once, has a physical form, Then the world would be insufficient to contain it. All the sentient beings who have seen, heard and recalled this Will certainly culminate the level of men and women Vidyadharas (knowledge-holder) If the truthful words of non-deceptive Vajra Guru Cannot fulfill the wishes just as taught in it, Then am I, Padma, deceiving the sentient beings? Thus, follow the same as taught in it which is certainly non-deceptive. Hoist it on the banner if you cannot recite it, The wind's blow over it will, no doubt, liberate the sentient beings. Either inscribes it on the soil, tree and stones Or spread it out over the roads after consecration. Merely by seeing it will purifies the defilements, harm and diseases And prevents the evil spirits dwelling at the area from crossing over the roads. Write it on the Pam-leaf papers with gold and hang it on, So that evil spirits cannot cause any harm and prevents harmful obstructions. If it is burnt with corpse after death, The rainbows will appear and the deceased will surely migrates to the pure-land of Great Pleasure. The benefits of writing, reading, and reciting it is beyond limit. This will be hidden after the inscription for the sake of future sentient beings. May this be encountered with the fortunate son having Karma.
