Demo Team special classes !

KSK Demo Team Mission:

To further develop Life Skills and Leadership qualities of our most dedicated students through additional mentoring and training by performing and participation in community outreach programs and events. Our Halloween demo at Pierce and open house demonstrations are just around the corner. Students who are willing to make the extra effort to show their KSK spirit are welcome to try out for the KSK Demo Team. We will be holding special Demo Team classes and events. Demo Classes & Tryouts: Friday 19th 5-6 PM / Sunday 21st 10-11AM Friday 26th 5-6 PM Final assignments given for Halloween Demo / Sunday 28th Dress Rehearsal.

KSK Demo Team Minimum Requirements: Outstanding demonstration of Life Skills and Leadership qualities in and outside of the classroom Minimum of 3.0 or B average on all school mid-term and final grade reports. (Exceptions made on a case by case basis.) Level 10 effort in all classes. Each member must be a leader in class. Demonstrates exceptional Attitude and Respect for parents, instructors, staff members and patrons of KSK Martial Arts. Ability to attend demo team practices, rehearsals and participation in demonstrations. Including performing at KSKMA Events and Graduations. Team Members must be attending KSKMA classes regularly. Team Members are responsible for their uniforms, weapons, and gear for all performances. Must maintain AJJF membership. Team members are required to attend all practices and performances unless otherwise excused by the Team Coach and parent. Failure To Comply or meet the minimum requirements above will result in immediate suspension from the team and possible removal. Suspended team members will have a designated time period to meet the expectations and resume team status to be decided on a per case basis. Failure to meet these guidelines will result in removal from the team. Team Members removed will be eligible to re-apply for the team after a 3 months. I have read and understand the KSKMA Demo Teams Mission and requirements for participation in the KSKMA Demo Team with my child and agree to all the terms and conditions herein. In addition, I will be respectful & supportive of my childs teammates, team-mates family members, instructor(s), and will represent the KSKMA ideals and mission to the best of my abilities.
