Judge Cerezo has finished making the findings of fact in compliance with the Court of Appeals October 11, 2012 order at 4:55 PM. Because of the severe time constraints and the length of the transcript of the several testimonies, it is impossible to certify them at 5:00 PM. Given this situation, the Court advises Judges Torruella, Lipez and Howard that the findings will be certified and filed at 6:00 PM today.
