Yellowfin Embedded BI Webinar to Help ISVs Avoid Integration Heartache Yellowfin CEO, Glen Rabie, has said that

the Business Intelligence (BI) vendors u pcoming series of Embedded BI Best Practices Webinars would help software soluti on providers understand how to avoid common pitfalls when integrating reporting and analytics functionality into their core applications. Melbourne, VIC, Australia, October 22, 2012 -- The Webinars are scheduled to run throughout Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 November. Register for a Webinar time here: www.yellowfinbi.com/YFCommunityNews-Webinar-Ev ent-Embedded-BI-Best-Practices-119886 I think theres a perception out there that embedding third-party BI capabilities i nto existing software solutions is a tedious process, fraught with complications that have the potential to derail the initiative, said Rabie. This Webinar will p rovide a checklist for success, arming software vendors with the process and fea ture specifications they need to observe in order to achieve shorter term integr ation and longer term product objectives. A March 2012 report by the Aberdeen Group, entitled Embedded BI: Boosting Analyt ical Adoption and Engagement, found that many enterprise software vendors had al ready begun, or begun planning, BI integration projects. Its commonly accepted that BI functionality is now in high demand across almost al l major industries, said Rabie. Aberdeens March report found that 67 percent of financial, 65 percent of sales, a nd 56 percent of corporate management software applications, have already incorp orated embedded BI functionality into their core products. The three concise forty-minute Webinars will take place across Wednesday 7 and T hursday 8 November. Following the Webinar, attendees will receive a copy of the presentation slides and a recording for on-demand viewing.
