Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.

Optimum Utilisation of Manpower & Cost control. Dealing with various consultants in order to complete the manpower requirements.

Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.

Conducting Campus recruitment at Engineering Colleges, Management colleges.

Organizing Job Fairs. Discussing & negotiating with candidates after the completion of interviews on salary issues.

Preparation of approval notes. Counselling / grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and facilitating Employee Satisfaction and HR Survey, and community development initiatives.

Successfully designed position tracker for maintaining database of candidates.

Preparation of MIS report that helps in identifying the operational trends.

Assisting the Level wise Performance Assessment of the employees of the location as per the Annual Performance Appraisal under PMS.

Assisting in Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the exiting level of competencies of individual vis--vis the gap.

Arranging summer Training for IIM & IIT students. Liaisoning with internal trainer and fixing up with them for training programme
