Q1 One VHS video cassette tape with "Tozai" label marked
in part "Michael Jackson's Neverland Favorites An All
Boy Anthology"
Result of examination:
A physical and electronic examination of Q1 revealed
that it is a poor quality third or fourth generation recording.
The Q1 recording contains linear audio and realtime
mistracking through the entire tape. The recorder used to make
;he most recent copy apparently was not functioning properly,
esulting in the mistracking anomoly. Numerous stop/start
transitions were observed but the nature of these.observed
ransitions suggest that they were produced during one of the
revious recordings, not during the latest recording.
