Thank you for showing an interest in our corporate buffet menu, please take your time to look through the menus to find something suitable for your occasion and mix and match if you wish. Delivery is free for anyone inside the city limits ordering for 8 people or more and all prices are subject to additional VAT. Please not that 50% of our customers allow us to make selections for them so if this is needed please just ask on the phone. (Sandwich list is on back page.)

The peckish menu


This buffet includes ample sandwiches, chosen from our sandwich menu and your choices if needed, and in addition to this you can choose as many of the following pastries as you require (three is the recommended amount). Maple smoked bacon and watercress quiche Lorraine. Mrs bridges flan of roasted peppers, mushrooms tomato and cheeses. Parmesan egg custard tart with onion confit. Poached salmon, dill and cream cheese tart. Sweet onion and goats cheese tart. Mushroom and tarragon tart. Old spot and fennel sausage rolls. Roast duck and sweet onion tartlets. Roasted vegetable and feta tartlets. Chicken liver pate and plum relish bruschetta. Smoked salmon and cream cheese bruschetta. 3.55 + 1 per pastry per head

Ham hock terrine with piccalilli. Chicken ceaser wraps. Tuna niscoise wraps. Honey roasted aubergine and duck egg wraps. Mozzarella, tomato and basil pizza spirals with caeser dip. Three cheese mini pizza. Smoked sausage and courgette pizza. Braised rabbit spring rolls. Chicken and stir fried vegetable spring rolls. Salmon and lemon grass samosa. Sweet potato and coriander samosa.

A rather more substantial menu


This menu includes ample sandwiches, taken from our sandwich menu and your choices if needed, two pastries per person from the pastries menu, and a selection of small cakes, meringues, cup cakes etc. 6.30 per head

Full lunch menu


This menu includes ample sandwiches, 2 pastries, desserts, fresh bread and 2 of the following salads. This menu comes fully garnished with dressing relishes and butter. 9.75 per head

Salads
Hand chopped coleslaw. New potatoes with fresh herbs, olive oil and lemon juice. New potatoes with an anchovy and olive dressing. Simple leaf salad with croutons and shaved parmesan. Poached salmon, pear and salted broad bean salad. Marinated, roasted red peppers with olives. Asparagus and smoked duck with walnut cress. Artichoke and crisp pancetta salad. Aromatic cous cous with saffron oil. Roasted beetroot and Golden cross goats cheese. Salad of walnut, pear and soft English blue cheese on chicory. Roasted Mediterranean vegetables. Smoked Morteau sausage, tenderstem broccoli. Honey roast aubergine, duck egg and pea shoots. Slow roasted tomato, fine beans and almonds. Orichiette pasta with poached cod and capers. Braised ham, pickled cauliflower and avocado oil. Shaved fennel and citrus fruit. Rare roast beef with pearl barley and horseradish. Salad of flaked crab meat, shaved celeriac and caeser dressing. Black pudding and Berkswell cheese. Smoked chicken, avocado and mango. Marinated courgette with feta and pecan nuts. Smoked mackerel, roast cherry tomato, baby sorrel and horseradish creme freche. Salad of broad bean, asparagus, soft sheeps milk cheese and fresh mint. Beef tomato, mozzarella and basil.

Ham, egg mayo and walnut cress. Ham, apple, stuffing and feta. Black pudding, red leicester and beetroot relish. Bacon, English brie and chutney. Smoked salmon, avocado, basil, cream cheese and black pepper. Poached salmon, cucumber and beetroot and walnut relish. Poached salmon, apple, feta and lettuce. Mixed seafood cocktail, shredded lettuce. Prawn, honey, mustard dressing and apple. Tuna, egg mayo, olive and red onion. Tuna, cheese and chopped salad. Sweet chilli feta, pumpkin seeds and lettuce. Hot dishes
The following items can be ordered in conjunction with any of the other buffets for Ample jacket potatoes with two toppings of your choice. Fresh crab and crme freche lasagne. Coq au vin. Hot buttered new potatoes with fresh herbs. Lamb daube with smoked bacon and baby onions. Smoked haddock and prawn pie. Fresh chicken and asparagus pie. Poached sausages and butterbean stew. 3.50 per head Vegetarian mince moussaka. Chicken cacciatore with tomatoes, peppers and capers. Pork meatballs in a tomato sauce. Lamb tagine. Braised shin off beef, port and chestnut mushrooms. Rigatoni with a sauce of roast onion, tomato, basil and mozzarella. Wild mushroom and olive stroganoff.
