Spring Street, Los Angeles, California, Plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission will submit this agreed motion for entry of a permanent injunction and final judgment against Defendant Gold

Standard Mining Corporation, based upon the consent of the Defendant [ECF # 3]. The Plaintiff United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) moves for entry of a permanent injunction and final judgment against Defendant Gold Standard Mining Corporation (Gold Standard ) enjoining it from violating Sections 10(b),13(a), 13(b)(2)(A), and 13(b)(2)(B) of the Securities Exchange Act of the 1934 (Exchange Act), 15 U.S.C. 78j(b), 78m(a), 78m(b)(2)(A), and 78m(b)(2)(B) (5), and Rules 10(b)(5), 12b-20, 13a-11 and 13a-13, 17 C.F.R. 240.10b-5, 240.12b-20, 240.13a-11, 240.13a-13. Gold Standard consented to entry of the permanent injunction, without admitting or denying the allegations of the Complaint. A copy of Gold Standards consent was lodged with the Court on June 29, 2012. [ECF # 3]. Entry of the proposed order for permanent injunction will resolve all the issues in this case that relate to Gold Standard.
