Article 21 ( Creative Department T-Shirt Design) Clothing Business


1. Background Student at university nowadays, has large interest about what clothes to use, how the design, when they used it, and the most important how it can show they identity, such as style, department, organization and any else. they will more attract with anything that can show their identity, it seems like a fanaticism. Based on that condition, my group use that fanaticism as a opportunity to create a product that can be an interpretation of they identity, and department is the most realizable identity that my group chose to be explored at the student university environment. So, if we combine our idea at first paragraph and second paragraph , we can make conclusion that a t shirt can be a product that our group chose to establish this entrepreneurship business. 2. Business Idea 2.1 Name Of Business Our business name is Article 21, that name used because its easy to remember, show a strong character and good definition in business, article 21 is adopt from taxation langue that means an article that regulate the tax income for personal taxpayer. 2.2 business illustration Our business is run at clothes industry, the product specification is t-shirt with our creative design . We already join with a t-shirt printing company, so our production will get backup from that company, so we just create design, wait the costumer, and then ask the company to produce the product 2.3 business unique elucidation 1. Product Our product is create by our designer, so it will not similar with other, the design is up to date and appropriate with student at university.

We use several methods for applied at this business. a. Zero inventory Its mean we are not necessary to crate a place to save the t shirt, so it will more efficient if used, avoid us from product loss, steal and broken. b. Pre order system As a student of university that has limitation of capital, pre order system is more realizable to applied in the business, it will help us, from the limitation c. Internet system promotion. Because we are student, our main focus is study of course, so we dont have much time to sale and promote our product to the market. Is not a good circumstance to us if we marketing the product at the time we should study. Vision And Mission Vision To dominate clothes industry at andalas university Mission Use the product to create strong relationship with the costumer Make our product win the completion with other product Business Focus We are focus on create a t-shirt for the student university wit our creative design. Business Target Our target is student in andalas university that still active. Market 6.1 market segmentation our market segmentation for now is all student in this university that categorized based on they department, our expected we will crate t-shirt start from accounting, management and economics student as the market segmentation 6.2 market target clothing market at andalas university, specially focus on department oriented tshirt 6.3 positioning we placed our product as a t-shirt that give the student opportunities to show their identity, as a creative t-shirt, that only focus for department name and symbol Product

Distribution 8.1 distribution way process actually we just wait for order from our costumer, we send information to printing company, and if the product finished, we go to the company and bring the product to costumer. 8.2 Warehousing and saving We are use zero inventory and pree order system so we dont need to create warehouse and save product, everything is processed at the time directly for the order. 8.3 Outlet and location We dont have outlet, we just use web service at facebook group artcle 21 , Actually for my business now, It still not necessary. 9. Budgeting 11.1 capital needed for the business only rp.55.000 for crate sample and rp.100.000 to prepaid payment for first production total rp. 155.000 12 BEP capital is rp.155000. so BEP will happen at the sale of 11 product(assume that profit estimated for every sale is rp. 15.000 13. Legality we are still in small business and not sale special categorized product so legality is still not necessary , 14.
