Aims of the Training and Development: The trainings fundamental aim is when the organization gets its purpose

by adding value to its key source the persons it employs. Investing employees to empower them to create the best of their skills and enable them to perform better is called as training. There are some specific objectives of training and they are: Competencies of employees can be developed. Their performance can be developed. It may help to employees to develop their career in the organization. Learning time must be reduced for employees starting in new jobs on transfer, promotion, appointment and make sure they should become fully competent quickly and economically. Inputs in Training and Developments: Inputs which learn theoretical concepts and help obtain idea to look into distant future and allow the participants to achieve skills and these are come under in any training and development program. Skills: Skill is needed by the worker to use equipments with least scrap or damage. The operator will not be able to function without skill. Motor skills are also needed. Motor skills mean particular physical activities performance. These skills are come under the training. Riding a bicycle, walking, throwing a ball, driving a car, tying a shoelace etc is come under the common motor skills. All employees are needed motor skills whether he is a manager or a clerk. Employees need interpersonal skills particularly executives and supervisors which is also known as the people skills. Interpersonal skills mean understand others and our nature better and react better. Persuading, listening and understanding feeling of others are the example of inter personal skills. Education: The education purpose is to improve a sense of judgment and reasoning, and teach theoretical concepts. HR specialist is well understood the element of education that must contain in any training and development program. University professor must be there in any program as a resource person to inform participants about theoretical knowledge. Sometimes, company encourages or deputes employees to join the courses on a part time basis. Refresher courses are attended by the Chief Executive Officers (CEO) which is conducted by business schools. Education is more important for executives and managers than for workers. Development: It is another component of a training and development program which is less skill based but pressure on knowledge. Knowledge about management techniques

and principles, business environment, specific industry analysis, human relations can be a good management of the company. Ethical: Imparting greater ethical orientation is needed to a training and development program. There is a fact that it is largely ignored in most of the organizations. Unethical practices thrive in finance, production and marketing function in a business. They rarely talk and see about the personnel function. If the finance, marketing and production function indulge in unethical practices the HR manager will be responsible. Here is HRs duty to enlighten all the employees about the needs of ethical behavior in the organization. Findings:
