RESUMO
ABSTRACT
With the objective to evaluate the acceptance and the nutritional value from the
school snack offered the pupils, sensorial tests of first analysis with 353 pupils of
the fourth series of the basic education of two schools of the municipal net of
education of the city of Inácio Martins/PR had been carried through. The tests
had been carried through through fiches, in which the children had been able to
demonstrate how much they had liked lunch. The results had been analyzed
statistically through the qui quadrado test, to a level of significance of 5%. In the
nutritional analysis of the menu one evaluated calories, macronutrients, acid

ascórbic, calcium, match and iron. The snacks that had had acceptance better
had been turned beans with tea, beans, rice, meat and salad, polenta with worn
out, canjica meat and soup with vegetables. The average of the menus was of
299 calories and 9,9 grams of protein, acid ascórbic and calcium are supplied in
considered percentages low.
