Whilst we believe that you are only as good as your last job, over 30 years of trouble free trading buys a great deal of experience. Our business is privately owned and operates to incredibly high standards. We adopt a friendly and technically professional approach to our clients, offering precise information so that each project is fulfilled to their standards and specifications. This has ensured continuity of service and a financially sound operation, which is so valuable to a consistent and efficient supply chain. We specialise in custom made bolting and the more difficult to obtain fasteners, from a single prototype to medium batch quantities, from our extensive stock, or manufactured to order. This allows for fast reaction times for all types of threaded fasteners in many different and difficult types of material.

All coatings are available, including: Electroplating such as Zinc & Nickel Plating with Passivation, Hot Dip Galvanising (spun or brushed), Phosphating, Aluminizing, Cadmium, Xylan / PTFE, Stellite and others as required. Any heat treatment required can be undertaken to customer requirements including Through Hardening, Age Hardening, Solution Treating, Case Hardening and Salt Bath Treatments.

Quality Materials
The Ralin Group's stocks consist of all grades of commercial steel types such as Mild Steels, Stainless Steels, Non-Ferrous and Carbon Alloy Steel Grades. We also supply exotic and rare types such as Heat Resisting Grades, Nickel Based Alloys and Critically Designed Alloys. *MonelTM, Inconel TM , NimonicTM, HastelloyTM, IncoloyTM, FerraliumTM, ZeronTM, DureheteTM Grades (for the International Power Generation Industries) and also Duplex and Super Duplex Grades. We pride ourselves on the standard of our work, ensuring that quality procedures are followed vigilantly throughout the production process. All products are available with full traceability and certification including BS EN ISO 10204 - 3.1.B or third party witness test - 3.1.C if required. The Ralin Group are, of course, working IAW ISO9001:2000.

Our experienced staff have the knowledge and experience to quote and supply to your specific requirements, including custom items or unique applications, catering for quantities ranging from one to several thousand pieces. Specialising in the unusual, and items that are not readily available from general fastener stockists, Ralin stocks items above and beyond the standard ranges in terms of both size and material. What we do not stock we can manufacture for you. From Hex Head Bolts & Setscrews to Engineer Studs, Studbolts, Tie Rods, Socket Screws, 12 Point (Ferry Heads), Nuts, Special Head Forms and High Precision Turned Parts, we have the capability to meet your needs.
