Dear Mr. Yoho:

If elected to Floridas third district house seat, one of the issues you will have to deal with is Obamacare. Social security, Medicare, Medicaid, and Bushs prescription drugs are precursors to Obamacare. They fulfill Lenins prophecy that Medicine is the keystone of the arch of socialism and The goal of socialism is communism. Article 1, Section 8, was never amended to allow social security, Medicare1, Medicaid, or Bushs prescription drug program but that does not matter to todays politicians. Fifty years ago, President Roosevelt tried and failed to pack the courts in his quest to enact New Deal legislation. His quest politicized the courts. The Supreme Court ultimately changed its mind allowing Congress to enact New Deal .legislation including Social Security. Rogue congresses since followed his lead. Following generations continue to pay the price for their parents and grandparents stupidly. Social Security was the brainchild of Germanys Iron Chancellor, Otto von Bismarck. He realized Germans valued security over political freedom causing them to see the State, however conservative, as a benefactor and a protector.2 Between 1883 and 1889, Bismarck enacted a social security program far beyond anything known in other countries at the time. It included compulsory insurance for workers against old age, sickness, accident, and incapacity, and though it the State, employers and employees financed. President Roosevelt replicated his example. Adolph Hitler took advantage of the German state of mind and Bismarcks early progress. He remarked in Mein Kampf, I studied Bismarcks socialist legislation in its intention, struggle, and success.3 Like Bismarck, he believed the State must take the matter in hand, since the State can most easily supply the requisite funds. It must provide them not as alms but in fulfillment of the workers right4 to look to the State where their own good will can achieve nothing more.5 FDR and his admirers agreed with borrowed Bismarcks socialist agenda creating the American Social Security. P. J. OBrien, in Forward with Roosevelt, links Bismarcks social policies with those of Roosevelt: [The quotation by Bismarck] might have been lifted out of a speech by President Roosevelt in 1936, but the Iron Chancellor uttered it in 1871.6 President Eisenhower nominated Republican Earl Warren, former Attorney General, Governor of California and vice presidential candidate in 1948, to the position of Chief Justice of the Supreme Court7. As governor, he was the first to propose compulsory health insurance in California. The California legislature defeated his scheme but if passed, it
I was in Vietnam when Johnson and Democrats enacted Medicare. I had no idea what Medicare was. I had to get old to figure it out. 2 William L. would have would have forced state residents into one health plan giving state government bureaucrats the power to set hospital and doctor fees8 thus proving healthcare is not a Democrat obsession only. Republicans are socialists too. Republicans stood silent while Democrat Senator Daschle and Representative Gephardt swore the forced contributions made by Americans into the Social Security and Medicare Ponzi scheme was in an untouchable lock box. Republicans knew any surplus went to build and maintain bureaucracies, departments, and fund unconstitutional programs. Now the Republican Party says it wants to repeal Obamacare but there is irrefutable evidence that this is a lie. Dr. Jack Wheeler revealed the lie when he published Boehners Bones on January 13, 2011. He accurately shows how Speaker Boehner and Republicans could have stopped the piecemeal funding and implementation of Obamacare that House Republicans passed in continuing resolutions and debt ceiling increases that fund Obamacare. The Republican Party, as currently constituted, is incapable of fixing anything. To return this country to its roots and constitutional governance it must admit to and renounce socialism. Doing so will preclude its going the way of the Whigs it replaced. To regain public trust, it must also reject Ponzi schemes that leave politicians unaccountable and untouchable.9 It must also develop a viable way to roll back decades of socialistic10 meddling. Repealing Social Security as we know it and allowing the Galveston example11 or untouchable private accounts12 for future generations is a good start. I support the Romney/Ryan plan allowing those under 50 choice. I do not support a Republican rewrite of Obamacare. Political meddling in medicine raises costs and represents socialism-fascism at its worst. The Tea Party was born because todays government is tyrannical, unaccountable, and unconstitutional. It destroys individual choice; kills freedom and creates misery. It demeans personal responsibility and imposes dependency. The 16 trillion dollar debt imposed on this and future generations are the result. If elected, you are walking into a viper pit of socialists that is killing this country and destroying mankinds last best hope. If the past is reflective of the present, you will be a minority in your own party because you espouse upholding the Constitutional oath of office you will take. The pressure to go along to get along will be immense. The reason the people of this district want to send you to Washington is their desire for change. What is does not work and is destructive to American economic and personal freedoms. Your desire and willingness make change happen makes your candidacy viable. The Constitutional principles you espouse are tried and true. If upheld, they will restore this countrys the economy, and will set this country on a path that make it a shining city on a hill because the people will have regained their freedom. Wishing you fair winds and following seas, I remain yours in the Bill of Rights.

Bernard Madoff when to prison; politicians remain free. 10 Communism by another name. A friend of mine catches flack when he calls Republicans communists/socialists during our discussion of politics. His travail is proof that party ideology and political correctness is destructive to our First Amendment rights and freedom as a people. 11 Congress closed the Galveston loophole in 1983. The vote tally in the House was 243 for closing the loophole (163 Democrats; 80 Republicans). 54 Democrats and 48 Republicans voted NO. 51 Democrats and 38 Republicans did not vote. In the Senate 26 Democrats and 32 Republicans voted YES to close the Galveston loophole, 6 Democrats and 8 Republicans voted NO. . 14 Senators did not vote. 12 Allowing the people to make their own decisions transfers power back to the people, which politicians in both parties abhor.
