5:40pm Boy’s 4x800m Relay
5:55 pm Girl’s 4x800m Relay
6:10pm Boy’s 4x200m Relay
6:25pm Girl’s 4x200m Relay
6:40 pm Boy’s mile relay (4x400m) Timed Finals
6:55pm Girl’s mile relay (4x400m) Timed Finals
*Please note the meet will be run on a rolling time schedule

SCHEDULE: 4:00 pm Girl’s High Jump, boy’s to follow
* Please note the field events will take place on the courts inside the track. Spikes will be allowed for the high jump.

ENTRY FEES: $100 per team per gender (Boy’s and Girl’s Pay Separate). Or $75 per team per gender (Boy’s
and Girl’s Pay Separate) if attending both the Lake State High School Classic and the Laker
Relays.

ENTRY FORMAT: Email track@lssu.edu to request an electronic version of the entry form. Using the entry form
email typed entries to track@lssu.edu by the entry deadline. Please email entries no faxed entries
will be accepted.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Monday March 16, 2009 at 12:00pm

ENTRY LIMITS: Max of 3 entries for individual running events, 4 entries for field events and one relay team per
school in the DMR, 4x800m, and the 4x400m relays, 2 relay teams per school will be permitted in
the SMR and the 4x200m relays.

SCRATCHES: Final Scratches must be emailed to track@lssu.edu by Wednesday March 18, 2009 by 12:00pm.
No substitutions, changes, or additions will be accepted after 12:00pm on Wednesday March 18,
2009.

DECLARATIONS: Use the enclosed form and return along with entry fees as soon as possible to secure your teams
spot in this year’s meets. The first 12 teams per gender to confirm participation and turn-in entry
fees will be accepted into the meet.

TIMING: Races will be timed using our HY-TEK timing system.

SPECTATORS: The spectator entrance fee to the facility will be $5.

PARKING: Parking is free. There is plenty of parking in the Norris Center Parking Lot.
RESULTS: Results will be posted at www.lssu.edu/athletics shortly after the conclusion of the meet
BATHROOMS: Bathrooms and changerooms will be available to teams.

ARBUCKLE STUDENT ACTIVITY CENTER

DIRECTIONS

To get to the Norris Center, SAC and Taffy Abel Arena, use exit 394 off of I-75 (north or south). Coming from the south, turn right onto
Easterday Avenue and turn right at the first light (Meridian). The facilities will be on your right. Approaching from the north, turn left onto
Easterday Avenue and turn right at the first light (Meridian). Once again, the facilities will be on your right.
