Desarrollar la comprensin y expresin tanto oral como escrita. Mejorar la competencia comunicativa en el entorno social, acadmico y empresarial. Incrementar el vocabulario de ingls general y adquirir una terminologa especializada que le permita comprender textos econmicos Competencias o destrezas que se van a adquirir:

Mejora de la capacidad de comunicarse en ingls en situaciones econmico-empresariales Comprensin de textos econmicos mediante la prctica de diferentes tcnicas de lectura: scanning, skimming, lectura intensiva y extensiva. Aprendizaje de una terminologa especializada en el mbito de la Economa y de la Empresa. Desarrollo de las destrezas comunicativas Prctica de la expresin oral y escrita

Prerrequisitos para cursar la asignatura: Estar matriculado en este centro Contenidos: Se va a tomar como base de estudio el libro de texto que figura en la Bibliografa mencionada a continuacin: Market Leader. Pre-intermediate Business English. As mismo se disearn otras actividades de: listening, speaking, reading, writing and vocabulary extradas de la Prensa inglesa econmica, de la BBC y de otras fuentes bibliogrficas. Tipo de evaluacin: Dado el elevado nmero de alumnos no se puede seguir una evaluacin continua como nos gustara. As pues, adems de las notas obtenidas por curso los alumnos realizarn un examen final en junio y/o septiembre. Idioma en que se imparte: en ingls Observaciones:
