ABSTRACT

III

Concrete is a essential component for establishing mass structures. To fulfill the housing, industrial and social requirement of the increasing population different structures are being constructed at different parts of the globe. The speed of these establishments is touching great heights. This project proves boon to this increasing problem. It is an automated assembly of different components to form mass concrete. The project has been designed such that the practicability of the project is maintained along with above mentioned features. The controlling is done by PLC and SCADA. The chapter 1 gives the introduction of the project and the need for automation. The chapter 2 gives Review of literature and the methodologies. The chapter 3 gives the detail description of the programmable logic controllers and its various important components The chapter 4 indicates the complete principle of our project The chapter 5 is the Supervisory control and data acquisition The chapter 6 gives the summary, security problems, applications and achievements of the project. The chapter 7 indicates the conclusion and Future scope.
