NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that there will be a General Election in Dickinson County, Iowa, at the polling

places listed below in each of the fifteen precincts in said Dickinson County on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, for the purpose of electing officers for Federal, State, County and Township offices, Nonpartisan offices, a county public measure on funding Enhanced 911 emergency services, and the Judicial Ballot. Eligible electors in the cities of Lake Park, Orleans, and Superior will also vote on city councilpersons to fill vacancies. Eligible electors in the City of Terril will vote on a mayor and councilpersons to fill vacancies. The polls will be open in all precincts in the County from 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. as provided by law. Any voter who is physically unable to enter a polling place has the right to vote in the voters vehicle. Precinct No. 2Diamond Lake-Lakeville Rural (District 4) All of Diamond Lake Township and rural Lakeville Township. Mahan Hall @ Lakeside Lab, 1838 Hwy 86, Milford. Precinct No. 3Spirit Lake-Orleans (District 1) City of Orleans, all of rural Spirit Lake Township and that part of rural Center Grove Township lying northwest of Spirit Lake North Precinct (see census block map for detail). Precinct No. 13Spirit Lake North (District 1) Spirit Lake North as defined by city ordinance, being all that part of the City that lies east of the IA Highway 9 bridge commencing at the west shore of East Okoboji Lake, including the territory that comprises East Okoboji Lake north of the IA Highway 9 bridge, and the area North of a line commencing at the IA Highway 9 bridge then west on IA Highway 9 to the intersection of 155 th Street, then West on 155th Street to 219th Avenue, then North on 219th Avenue to IA Highway 9, also including that part of the city west of 219th Avenue, and part of unincorporated Center Grove Township (see census block maps for detail). Dickinson County Community Building West Room, 1602 15th Street, Spirit Lake. Precinct No. 14Spirit Lake West (District 1) Spirit Lake West as defined by city ordinance, being all that part of the City not included in the North Precinct that lies south of IA Highway 9 and west of a line commencing at the intersection of IA Highway 9 and Peoria Avenue south to 23rd Street, then west on 23rd Street to Sunner Avenue, then south on Sunner Avenue to the southern City limits, and part of unincorporated Center Grove Township (see census block maps for detail). Precinct No. 15Spirit Lake South (District 5) Spirit Lake South as defined by city ordinance, being all that part of the City not included in the North Precinct and the West Precinct as described herein, and part of unincorporated Center Grove Township (See census block maps for detail).
