NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that there will be a General Election in Dickinson County, Iowa, at the polling

places listed below in each of the fifteen precincts in said Dickinson County on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, for the purpose of electing officers for Federal, State, County and Township offices, Nonpartisan offices, a county public measure on funding Enhanced 911 emergency services, and the Judicial Ballot. Eligible electors in the cities of Lake Park, Orleans, and Superior will also vote on city councilpersons to fill vacancies. Eligible electors in the City of Terril will vote on a mayor and councilpersons to fill vacancies. The polls will be open in all precincts in the County from 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. as provided by law. Any voter who is physically unable to enter a polling place has the right to vote in the voters vehicle.
