TRAINING graduation ) ( leaders education never ends with the

A committed leader should have the necessary training, in order for him/her to become effective in handling a fellowship meeting. ( Eph.4:11-16 ) 3. OBEDIENCE ( if you stop learning today, you stop leading tomorrow ) Christianity is a life-style, its not just a set of teachings. ( Manner of joining the group ) People must know on how to get into the group. It should have a systematic process for the people in joining the group/church. 4. A group must have a nurture procedure. ( Teaching proper guidelines ) People must be familiar on how they can be accepted into the group. What are the laws that governs this group, the parameters that make this group function.

5. A group must have functional structure. ( Establish relational groups ) It begins with a stated objective to attain a certain goal and its ministry mission in pursuing the vision. As a result, a caring group full of effective witnesses will be exhibiting an important characteristic of a caring church.
