J: "Are you MICHAEL BUKOSKI?" m: "I am the beneficiary for that estate." J: "OK, I'll call this at 10:30. Go sit down." m: (Sits back down in his chair).

Second Event, 10:32 AM J: "MICHAEL BUKOSKI?" m: (Stands and walks up to the podium) "I am the beneficiary for that estate." J: "Are you MICHAEL BUKOSKI?" m: "I am the beneficiary for that estate." J: "I don't know what the beneficiary is." m: "The beneficiary of the MICHAEL BUKOSKI ESTATE." m: "If you need a name I am called michael and you can call me michael." J: "Do you have a Birth Certificate (BC) with the name MICHAEL BUKOSKI on it?" m: "Yes, I do. (Hands the BC to the judge). m: "You can use this to discharge the case. I am here to settle this account." J: (After examining the BC, hands the BC back to michael) J: (Very quietly talks to the prosecutor) P: (Very quietly says something to the judge, I only made out the word "prosecute"). J: "The prosecutor will not prosecute. The case is Nolle Prosequi." J: "MICHAEL BUKOSKI is free to go and michael is free to go."
