Project #2 Title Client Environment Description: The present system is designed to reduce delinquent and help for financially struggling Homeowners avoid foreclosure by modifying loans to a level that is affordable for borrowers now and sustainable over the long term. The application provides clear and consistent loan modification guidelines that the entire mortgage industry can use. LRM provides two ways for loan modification based on the borrower's eligibility criteria for HAMP (Home Affordable Modification Program) or NON HAMP, and then servicer will take a series of steps to adjust the monthly mortgage payment which one is feasible for borrowers and investors. Project#3 Title Client Environment Description: Scalable Sensing Service (S3) designed for scalable and robust operation for monitoring state of large-scale networked systems. For scalable operation, S3 provides the sensing service in a decentralized manner, eliminates unnecessary duplicate Measurements, and provides inference engines to estimate network metrics with high accuracy while avoiding quadratic all-pair measurements load. S3 is used to create silver, sensor testing and report generation. Latency, bandwidth, and path will be accurately calculated and it uses network testbed (EmuLab) to develop, debug, and evaluate the systems. Responsibilities: Involving in the Impact meetings and hand-over sessions with the client.
