(g) Provided with 35 MHz of bandwidth from 2.5/2.5 MHz band with a
mandatory 5 MHz of guard band
(h) In conformity with ITU and EU spectrum allocation recommendation option
2 where future LTE deployment was considered, 2615-2620 MHz is kept as
mandatory guard band between its TDD and future FDD assignment
(i) WiMAX forum profiling certification required
(j) Zone wise rollout coverage, each has to cover 2 out of 4 zones, duplicated
by 2 operators each zone for price competition, each can go nationwide
after fulfilling their target area
(k) Nearly unified licensing terms to meet the criteria’s soon-to-be Unified
Licensing condition to be rolled out in 2011 when all major mobile
operators license expires
(a) Overlay service for ISPs/to enable smooth migration to adopt NGN
(b) IX peering (NIX) is allowed for both voice and data
(c) Numbering plan provided to connect ICX and other ANS/traditional
networks
(d) IX peering would allow bundling free/unlimited calls between IPTSPs
