FINAL ORDER DETERMINING ADEQUATE ASSURANCE OF PAYMENT FOR FUTURE UTILITY SERVICES THIS CAUSE came before the Court in West Palm Beach, Florida, on June 15, 2010, for Final Hearing upon the Motion of Debtors, CAMTECH PRECISION MANUFACTURING, INC. (hereinafter referred to as CAMTECH), R & J NATIONAL ENTERPRISES, INC. (hereinafter referred to as R&J), and AVSTAR FUEL SYSTEMS, INC. (hereinafter referred to as AVSTAR), (hereinafter all collectively referred to as the Debtors), as Debtors-in-Possession in the above captioned case, for

entry of a Final Order, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 105(a) and 366, determining adequate assurance of payment for future utility services (the Motion) and the Court finds that (i) it has jurisdiction over the matters raised in the Motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 157 and 1334; (ii) this is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 157(b)(2); (iii) the relief requested in the Motion is in the best interests of the Debtor, its estate and its creditors; (iv) proper and adequate Notice of the Motion and the hearing thereon has been given and that no other or further notice is necessary; (v) upon the record herein after due deliberation thereon good and sufficient cause exists for the granting of the relief as set forth herein; and (vi) no objections having been filed to the relief sought herein, it is ORDERED: 1. The Motion to Determine Adequate Assurance of Payment For Future

Utility Services is GRANTED. 2. All Utility Providers (as defined in the Motion) who have not timely filed an

objection to the Motion are deemed to consent to the Adequate Assurance Procedures and Adequate Assurance (as defined in the Motion) and shall be bound by the Adequate Assurance Procedures and Adequate Assurance. 3. The Debtors are hereby authorized to take all actions necessary to

effectuate the relief granted pursuant to this Order in accordance with the Motion. 4. The terms and conditions of this Order shall be immediately effective and

enforceable upon its entry. 5. The Utility Providers are forbidden to discontinue, alter or refuse service

on account of any unpaid pre-petition charges, or require additional adequate

assurance of payment other than the Proposed Adequate Assurance pending entry of the Final Order, as set forth below, on the Debtors motion. 6. The Debtors are authorized, in its sole discretion, to amend the Utility

Service List to add or delete any Utility Provider, and this Final Order shall apply to any such Utility Provider that is subsequently added to the Utility Service List. 7. The Debtors shall serve a copy of this Final Order on each Utility Provider

listed on the Utility Service List within two (2) business days from the date this Final Order is entered and shall similarly serve this Final Order on each Utility Provider subsequently added by the Debtors to the Utility Service List. 8. This Court retains jurisdiction with respect to all matters arising from or

related to the implementation of this Order. ###
