Eklund of the law firm of Ballard Spahr LLP moves for the admission, pro hac vice, of Jon Pearson to participate in the conduct of these cases and related proceedings as an attorney for Alpine Bank. The following is stated in support of this Motion: 1. Alpine Bank is creditor in the above-referenced adversary proceeding.

2. Jon Pearson is an attorney and associate with Ballard Spahr LLP and practices in the firms Las Vegas office located at 100 North City Parkway, Suite 1750, Las Vegas, Nevada 89106. The firm is counsel for Alpine Bank. 3. Mr. Pearson is a duly licensed, qualified and practicing attorney admitted to practice law in the State of Nevada and is in good standing as a member of the Nevada State bar, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit 4. Attached is the Declaration of Mr. Pearson in Support of this Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice. 5. Mr. Pearson has associated with the undersigned counsel in connection with this matter. The undersigned counsel is a member in good standing of the Bar of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and shall participate meaningfully in all aspects of these cases. WHEREFORE, the undersigned requests that the Court allow the admission of Jon Pearson pro hac vice, to participate in these cases and related proceedings.
