ORDER SETTING ADMINISTRATIVE CLAIMS BAR DATE FOR CLAIMS UNDER 11 U.S.C. 503(b)(9) (Value of Goods Received by Debtor Within 20 Days Before the Petition Date and Sold to Debtor in the Ordinary Course of its Business) THIS MATTER is before the Court upon the Debtors Motion for an order setting a bar date for requests for allowance of administrative expense claims under 11 U.S.C. 503(b)(9). Case No. 12-24882 ABC Chapter 11

NOTICE OF BAR DATE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE CLAIMS UNDER 11 U.S.C. 503(b)(9) (Value of Goods Received by Debtor Within 20 Days Before the Petition Date and Sold to Debtor in the Ordinary Course of its Business) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Court has established November 27, 2012, as the last date for any entity holding a debt of the nature described under 11 U.S.C. 503(b)(9) to file an application with the Court for such debt to be treated as an administrative expense. Section 503(b)(9) claims are those for: The value of goods received by the Debtor within 20 days before the date of commencement of this case (from June 6, 2012 to June 26, 2012) in which the goods have been sold to the Debtor in the ordinary course of such Debtors business. In order to have your claim treated as an administrative expense, you must file an application and serve notice as provided in 11 U.S.C. 503(b) and L.B.R. 9013-1. If you have already filed a proof of claim with the Court, that filing does not allow your claim to be paid as an administrative expense unless you also follow the requirements of 11 U.S.C. 503(b) and L.B.R. 9013-1. If you are uncertain of the process to follow to properly present your administrative expense claim, you should seek legal advice from a lawyer of your choosing. All such administrative expense applications must be filed with: Clerk of the Court United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado 721 19th Street Denver, Colorado 80202-2502 DATED: LAW FIRM
