Whether the Bankruptcy Court erred in concluding the PACA Trust Assets qualified as property of the estate under 11 U.S.C. 541(d). 2. Whether the Bankruptcy Court erred in concluding the PACA Trust Assets the Debtors hold for trust beneficiaries can be used to pay the administrative expense claims of the Debtors own counsel. 3. Whether the Bankruptcy Court erred in concluding it had jurisdiction over non-estate property to satisfy claims against the estate.
