JOINDER OF CWCAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC WITH OBJECTIONS OF MIDLAND LOAN SERVICES, INC. AND LNR PARTNERS, LLC TO DEBTORS' MOTION FOR AN ORDER (A) AUTHORIZING THE DEBTORS TO ASSUME THE PLAN SUPPORT AGREEMENT AND (B) GRANTING RELATED RELIEF CWCapital Asset Management LL ("CWCapital"), in response to Debtors' Motion for an Order (A) Authorizing the Debtors to Assume the Plan Support Agreement and (B) Granting Related Relief (the "PSA Motion") states as follows. 1. CWCapital is special servicer for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., trustee for the

registered holders of Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Security Corp. Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-C5, which is the holder of loans to certain of the Debtors

in the original principal amount of approximately $13.7 million, secured by a deed of trust on certain real property operated as the Hilton Suites Hotel located in Anaheim, California, and related collateral. 2. CWCapital joins in the objections to the PSA Motion filed by (a) Midland Loan

Services, Inc. ("Midland") and (b) Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the registered holders of Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-C1 and U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the registered holders of ML-CFC Commercial Mortgage Trust 2006-4, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-4, both of which loan pools are serviced by LNR Partners, LLC (collectively, "LNR").1 WHEREFORE, for the reasons set forth in Midland's and LNR's objections to the PSA Motion, CWCapital respectfully requests that the Court enter an Order denying the PSA Motion and granting such other and further relief as is just and proper.
