Your response did not address the request itself for certification, pertaining to Dr Joseph Zernik v Governor of
the Bank of Israel Stanley Fischer (HCJ 7650/12), of: a. entry into registration of the "Petition for a Conditional
Decree", filed for registration on October 23, 2012, and b, its assignment to the appropriate judicial authority.
Therefore, I forward instant repeat request for the above outlined certification
I hope that your response would include a statement, similar to the following:
