SVBM AD 2.20 REGLAMENTOS DE TRNSITO LOCALES/ LOCAL TRAFFIC REGULATIONS 1. Reglamentos del aeropuerto En el Aeropuerto de Barquisimeto se aplican varios reglamentos locales. Los reglamentos estn recopilados en un manual que se puede consultar en la oficina de notificacin AIS y en la Jefatura de Aeropuerto. Entre otros asuntos, ese manual contiene: a) el significado de las marcas y seriales; b) informacin acerca de los puestos de estacionamiento de aeronaves, que incluye los sistemas de gua visual para el atraque; c) informacin acerca del rodaje desde los puestos d estacionamiento de aeronaves, incluso la autorizacin de rodaje; d) limitaciones para las operaciones de aeronaves grandes, incluso limitaciones en el uso de su propia energa para el rodaje; e) las operaciones de helicpteros; f) la asistencia de sealadores en tierra y para el remolque; g) el uso de potencia de motor superior a la potencia de rgimen de marcha lenta; h) el arranque del motor y uso del APU; i) el derrame de combustible; y j) las precauciones durante condiciones meteorolgicas extremas. Puede obtenerse asistencia de sealeros en tierra y ms informacin sobre los reglamentos solicitndolas a la TWR o al control d movimiento en la superficie (SMC). Cuando un reglamento local es importante para la operacin segura de las aeronaves sobre la plataforma, TWR o SMC proporcionarn la informacin a cada aeronave. Rodaje hacia y desde los puestos de estacionamiento. TWR o SMC asignarn un nmero de puesto de estacionamiento a las aeronaves que llegan.Las aeronaves de aviacin general tendrn que usar la zona de estacionamiento reservada para la aviacin general.Por intermedio de TWR o SMC puede solicitarse asistencia del vehculo SGAME. Las aeronaves de aviacin general siempre sern guiadas por el vehculo SGAME. Los vuelos IFR que salen se comunicarn con TWR para obtener autorizacin d ATC antes de comenzar el rodaje. La solicitud de autorizacin de ATC puede presentarse en los ltimos 10 minutos antes de hacer arrancar los motores. Se usar la frecuencia de 121,9 MHZ en el horario 1000/0400.
