Activity: To begin brief planning for the final version of the music video. To conduct a time plan of what will take place for the next 3 weeks of Media Studies lessons and work. To produce a quick, simple new shot list for the final version of the music video based on suggested ideas for a narrative.

To post shot list onto Blogspot.com upon completion. To gain access to a camera for filming. If necessary, begin brief filming stages at night. A few shots The female artist will be arriving for filming this day. Since the music video is set at night, we must wait until post 5.00pm until the sky is dark. Once so, we will film all shots that require her presence in them. Since she is an actress, she should perform well. Any remaining footage will be taken; I will film myself as much as possible, just like in the draft video. All filming should be completed by the end of this date. Return the camera to the library and sign myself out of their return equipment list. If possible, begin editing of video briefly. Check progress of filming. I will require assistance from the staff with both advice and possible editing practice as well. Receive feedback based on progress of production. If necessary, check for influences on how I could use editing techniques effectively for my music video. Check out examples. Continue with video production. Try to play with lighting effects, etc If it has been decided that footage is of poor quality, I must borrow the camera once again and replace as much footage as possible. If I require replacement of footage, I will need to film myself again on this night; I will need to check for quality and properties of footage. If not acceptable, film again until decent quality footage is captured.

Notes: Consider the ideas I received from my draft video feedback by the staff. This has been convenient because internet access was blocked today so Word 2010 document work was the most productive form of progression. Alternatively, discover if Digipak and Poster require further improvement, and if I could improve the standards significantly that late submission mark deduction would not be important. Alternatively, work on drastically improving Digipak and poster, then submitting them The female artist lives distantly away from me and has a busy schedule of activities so all filming of her must be conclusively taken by the end of this day.

All initial filming needs to be completed so editing can begin immediately after.

Camera for filming will probably be borrowed by library department. Feedback will be necessary to check progress of work and video production

Influences must be relevant and useful for my video. Perhaps checking out expertise editing examples will help. Once again, the cameras from the library may be required for usage.

Taking each shot several times allows a selection of shots, and the best one can be selected for the video. Footage of female artist will not be able to be replaced at this stage.

Return camera to library once again, if there is time, briefly work on editing. Work significantly on the editing of the video, and try to fit everything in perfectly. Lip sync must be accurate and footage must look presentable. If time is available, check quality of video. Make sure lip sync is consistently accurate, and check that video narrative has some relevance to the Digipak and poster. Conduct final stages of editing. Try to complete video to a good decent by the end of the day so Friday only requires video submission Complete editing and save video. To a DVD is this can be done. If a DVD cannot be used much like for the draft video where I used my memory stick as a backup device, do this again. Also, upload finished video to blog.

All filming must be completed at latest by this date. Since the deadline is near, significant progress must be made. Get teachers to help with and check progress. This is due to cross-media production. This can gain marks for my work.

Video editing should be completed by the end of this date.

Video should be completed, saved, and burned onto DVD or memory stick ready for submission. Submit to English office by 3.10pm.
