The undersigned hereby certifies that, as of the date hereof, he has received no

answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Monthly Interim Application of Meyers

Norris Penny LLP ("Meyers") as Auditors to Debtors and Debtors in Possession for

Compensation for Services Rendered and Reimbursement of Expenses Incured for the Period
March 9, 2009 through April

15, 2009 (Docket No. 404) (the "Application") fied on June 3,

2009. The undersigned further certifies that he has reviewed the Court's docket in this case and
no answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Application appears thereon~ Pursuant

to the Notice of Application, objections to the Application were to be filed and served no later
than June 23, 2009.
Pursuant to the Order Pursuant to Sections 105(a) and 331 of

the Bankptcy
