CERTIFICATION OF COUNSEL REGARDING SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER APPROVING FIRST QUARTERLY FEE APPLICATIONS OF PROFESSIONALS FOR THE PERIOD MARCH 9,2009 THROUGH MAY 31, 2009 WITH RESPECT TO THE FIRST QUARTERLY FEE APPLICATION OF MILLSTREAM ENERGY. LLC
On December 8 2009, the Court entered the Omnibus Order Approving First

Quarterly Fee Applications of Professionals for the Period March 9, 2009 - May 31, 2009 (the
Omnibus Order") (Docket No. 1198).

At the hearing held December 8, 2009, the fee auditor disputed the compensation

amounts for Milstream Energy, LLC ("Milstream"). The fee auditor and Milstream have
reached an agreement, and the fee auditor's recommendations specified in the amended final

report regarding the compensation amounts for Milstream for the first quarterly period are
reflected in the attached Supplemental Order (the "Supplemental Order"). The undersigned counsel hereby certifies to the Court that the supplemental form of order attached hereto accurately represents the recommendations of the fee auditor with

respect to the quarterly fee application of Milstream.

Upon consideration ofthe quarterly interim application for compensation and
