STATUS REPORT IN ADVERSARY PROCEEDINGS

The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, on behalf of the Chapter 11
estates of Pacific Energy Resources Ltd., et al., as plainitff (the Plaintiff) in the abovecaptioned adversary proceedings (the Adversary Proceedings), respectfully submits the
following status report (the Status Report), current as of December 20, 2010.
Plaintiff commenced 55 Adversary Proceedings during August 2010. As of
December 20, 2010, Plaintiff has resolved and dismissed 16 of the Adversary Proceedings. This
