Yearly Recurring Payment: What does it mean?

If you are an Enjoy or Pro user, Prezi is sold

as a subscription service,. in which the first 30 days are free.

Then you pay a yearly recurring fee. This means you will be

automatically charged on a yearly basis starting the day

you receive your first charge. Dont worry, they will email you in

advance to remind you and you can always cancel at any time.

See below for how to do this.

If I start a trial period when should I pay?

Their Public license plan is free to use at any time.

Their Pro and Enjoy licenses come with a

free 30 day trial the first time you register.

Heres how it works: Select Try Now on your preferred plan

On the registration and payment screen enter your details

and select to pay by Credit Card or PayPal.

Complete the registration to have access to

your Pro or Enjoy license plan free for 30 days

Note: They WILL NOT charge you until the 30 day trial period has ended,

and you will not receive an invoice until they have charged you.

How can I cancel the trial period?

If you decide you do not wish to continue using Prezi during

the trial period, you can cancel anytime on your

Settings page. If you need to upgrade your

plan you can do it on your Settings page as well.

How can I cancel my renewal?

As a Pro or Enjoy user you can cancel your

yearly subscription renewal at anytime on the Settings

page of your account. Your subscription will

remain active until the due date of expiry. After your

subscription expires, they will email you with

the offer to downgrade to a free public plan.

NOTE: If you decide to cancel your payments,

you will not be able to create new or.

edit existing private prezis You will be able to show

them as long as you keep your account on.

You can always create and edit public prezis.

What can I set in the privacy options? Public users.

If you use the public license plan, every new prezi you

create will automatically be set to Public & Allow Copy.

This means that your prezi will be published on prezi.com/explore

and other users can copy your prezi to their own account

and modify for their own use. Why?

Because they love to share ideas, and hope you do too : )

If you do not want to allow others to be able to copy your prezis

you can manually change your setting to public only,

on the management page of each individual prezi.

Enjoy and Pro users. As an Enjoy or Pro user,

each new prezi you create will automatically be set to private.

If you wish to make your prezi public, or public

and allow copy, you can change this setting from

the management page of each individual prezi
