The Debtors filed their Motion on March 8. 2012. The Motion was set for hearing on May 30, 2012. Thus, oppositions to the Motion were required to be filed by May 16, 2012. The notice of the Motion provides as follows: DEADLINE FOR OPPOSITION PAPERS: Pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rules 3007-1(b)(3)(A) and 9013-1(o), you must file with the Court, and serve upon Debtors counsel, at the address set forth on the first page of this Notice, a response to this Motion not later than fourteen (14) days prior to the hearing date set forth above. PURSUANT TO LOCAL BANKRUPTCY RULE 30071(b)(3)(B), IF YOU FAIL TO RESPOND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS NOTICE, THE COURT MAY GRANT THE RELIEF REQUESTED ON THIS MOTION WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE OR HEARING.

(emphasis in original). The Motion was duly served on the County. Therefore, the County had over two months to file an opposition. Despite the foregoing notice and abundant time to prepare and file an opposition to the Motion, the County did not file its opposition until May 24, 2012. The County did not explain why its Opposition was not timely filed and did not seek or obtain leave of the Court to file the Countys Opposition late. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, the Debtors respectfully request that the Court strike the Countys Opposition.
